Health and Breathwork Disclaimer
Breathwork practices, including Conscious Adaptive Breathing (CAB), involve intentional changes to breathing patterns that may produce physical or emotional responses. While these practices are designed to be safe and adaptive to individual nervous systems, participants are responsible for assessing their own physical and mental fitness to participate.
You should consult a licensed healthcare provider before engaging in breathwork if you have or suspect you have any of the following: cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy or seizure disorders, respiratory conditions, pregnancy, severe psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, or any other condition that may be affected by changes in breathing or altered states.
By participating in any breathwork session or program, you acknowledge this disclaimer, confirm you have assessed your own readiness, and agree to inform the facilitator of any relevant health conditions before the session begins.
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership
All original content on this website and in our publications — including but not limited to the Conscious Adaptive Breathing (CAB) methodology, the L.O.V.E. framework and philosophy, written works (including the Breath Is Your Friend book series), course materials, audio recordings, video content, the Breathe for Peace project and recordings, and all associated branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Daniel Hirtz and L.O.V.E. (Living Oneness Venture Enterprises).
Permitted Use
You may access and use content on this website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to our content with attribution.
Prohibited Use
Without explicit written permission, you may not:
- Reproduce, publish, distribute, or sell any of our content or materials

4. Session Terms and Cancellation Policy
Scheduling
Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from Daniel Hirtz or an authorized representative.
Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of a scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no charge; refunds at our discretion.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable.
- No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Organizational Contracts
Drum circle programs, corporate engagements, and ongoing organizational partnerships are governed by separate agreements. In the absence of a separate agreement, these Terms apply.
5. Payments
Fees are stated at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, check, and bank transfer where applicable. All fees are in US dollars. Receipts and invoices are provided upon request.
6. Website Use
Accounts
If you create an account on this website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use this website to:
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Scrape or harvest content without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the site’s operation
