Living Oneness

Oneness was the word that came to me when I first had a conscious experience that connected me to everything around me. It was a sudden seeing, a deep knowing that comes from a place the mind cannot know. It is closer to us than even our breath and yet most of us have lost touch with that.

I was seeking it without knowing what I am seeking.  After that opening, all I ever want to do is it to live as an expression of it.

I realized that I had the experience of oneness before but I didn’t notice it like that. All of us probably have that experience frequently but we don’t have a culture that recognizes such experiences as legitimate or noteworthy. It often will be judged as imaginary or even as a hallucination.

But our times and our world is changing… when I first openly started talking about oneness in early 2000 it was still considered somewhat weird while today it is part of a deep and now ongoing conversation about how to live life in an emerging global community that is based n oneness.

More and more of us realize that we are all connected… not just the people on this planet but that everything is interconnected. It’s all one… expressing in endless variations the miracle of life.

It is time for us to clear up all the confusion around that. Living as one doesn’t mean that we strip ourselves from our individuality! It’s actually exactly the opposite: oneness expresses itself in our world through uniqueness… every human being is a unique expression of oneness. You exist only once!

Uniqueness is the only way oneness can express itself in the relative world.

Oneness is what our heart knows. That heart of hearts doesn’t know anything else than love for this existence and everything in it.
